This could be great news for Modern Warfare Gamers on the PS4/5 and xBox1.
While we wait for H-Hour... if it ever gets here... and with the new WW2 Battlefield V coming this Fall and with BF1 and CoD WW2 out now... both crap games in my opinion... at least we have some hope for a great new War Shooter. If MW4 includes any Clan Support with Custom User Private Servers... MW4 will be pure GOLD!
Call of Duty: WWII review—The less things change…
Stripping out years of feature creep, but doesn't have anything to replace it.

Call of Duty: WWII certainly has some interesting timing. It has the dubious duty of returning the landmark first-person series to its titular roots at a time when any game centered on fascism, nationalism, and especially Nazism …
This news from E3 is not good... but it might get better before game launch. If this doesn't get better (6 vs 6 for Clans?)... CoD WW2 won't be workable for larger online War Clans like us. Time will tell.
Call of Duty: WWII reveals a disappointing limitation for War mode
If you were expecting big-team battles, you might be a little disappointed.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare GAMEPLAY - IS IT GOOD?

Battlefield 1 looks like a BF4 remake. I have lots of issues at present. Maybe after BF1 is out for a few weeks... I could change my mind. But I have to find at a new game for SoF that has good Clan Support and good Clan controllable Private Servers. And EA/DICE seems to have left that world behind after BF3. So... we'll see.
Cod Infinite Warfare has been taking a beating on …
SHOULD BF4 ON THE NEW PS4 BE DELAYED UNTIL IT'S READY FOR CONSUMPTION?

Now that something called: Battlefield 4... is now being played on the PS3, kinda.... and the interesting comments, reviews and defections it's receiving.... what's your opinion on the PS4 version of BF4?
If BF4 on the PS4 is as broke as the PS3 version is... what would you do if you ran DICE? Release BF4 on the PS4 anyway? Hope for the best? Promise to finish and fix the game in the months to come? Grab the players money and run?
So.... with what we've seen so far with BF4 on the PS3....

every game will have their glitches and bugs at launch. its unstoppable. but the ps4 is the future, and EA/DICE will have put so much effort into it i wouldnt be surprised if it had 90% less bugs. besides, with all these reviews coming in on the ps3, they have a couple of weeks to months to sort these bugs out on the ps4.
i love battlefield, and either way i need to beat everyone here to being epic

So.... is this a surprise to you? Should we expect more from one of the most anticipated games of 2013/14. Has this now become the norm for console games?
Would you buy a new car... that mostly worked... but just needed several dealer updates over the first 5 months after you bought it, to make it run?
Would you buy a new refrigerator that almost kept your food cold and safe to eat?
Would you buy a new cell phone... that worked half the time you needed it to?
Would you merry an butt ugly woman and hope she gets more beautiful with age and lots of plastic surgery?
How and when was this kind of "game marketing" aloud to happen? And who's fault is it... it's now becoming the norm?

EA pushed Battlefield 4 through quality control to beat Call of Duty According to a BF4 QA tester, EA pushed the game through quality control in order to be Call of Duty to the market. November 6th, 2013 LINK
Battlefield 4 brokenBattlefield 4 is facing a number of issues on all platforms at the moment. From server crashes, to client crashes and freezes (both on PC and consoles), to an awful netcode, things aren’t all that great at the moment.
Luckily, DICE is working hard to fix these issues. And according to a new report, this awful situation might have started with publisher EA.
According to a QA tester at DICE, EA pushed the game through the quality control and testing phase in order to beat Call of Duty Ghosts to market. The quality control team at DICE simply did not have enough time to test all the features, vehicles, weapons, etc.
Which is why, for example, a bug mutes the everyone on the server if a any player in the match uses a silencer on a particular weapon. It’s the kind of bugs that are picked up in testing, but only when you have time to properly test the game.
The QA tester explains in a communique with a Reddit moderator how Battlefield 4 was tested, and he also reveals some of the challenges they face. For example:
“Let’s say we test the SPAS-12 in June before we release. Then a sound guy makes a change in July which breaks it. Do you test everything again? Do you forbit anyone to work on the SPAS-12 after we’ve tested it?”
We’ve previously criticized Battlefield 4 heavily — calling it unplayable at one point — but our intentions are always good: we want DICE to know the various problems the game faces. We’re sure they’re working hard to fix everything, and with a complex game such as Battlefield 4, it takes time and it’s hard to really perfect anything.
The reason all of this is happening points to EA, the parent company of DICE. In their quest to beat Call of Duty to the market, they released a broken game.
In the end, EA won out. Battlefield 4 beat out Call of Duty Ghosts to the market. By one week. Was it worth it?
